Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the design of an electronic learning environment and its impact on the development of electronic test design skills among students of the college of education / Aden.

the researcher used the quasi-experimental method, and the sample consisted of (30) male and female students from the computer department, college of education / Aden.

the study tool of the achievement test was used to measure the cognitive aspect of electronic test design skills, and the test included (50) items, and the observation card was used to measure the performance aspect of electronic test design skills, consisting of (4) main skills, from which (35) sub-skills were branched.

the results of the study showed that: the electronic test design skills to be developed among students of the computer department at the college of education / Aden consist of four main skills, namely: the skill of creating electronic test questions, the skill of adjusting the characteristics of the electronic test, the skill of publishing the electronic test, and the skill of educationally formulating test items.

the results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of students in the cognitive test (achievement test) for the skills of designing electronic tests before and after the practicality in favor of the post practicality.

it was also clear that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the students in the observation card in the performance skills of designing electronic tests before and after the practicality in favor of the post practicality.
