The study aims at the role of self-management in enhancing students‘ motivation through an applied study on Majmaah University, and the independent variable is "self-management" with its dimensions represented in achieving goals, the ability to manage time, challenge, perseverance, flexibility and responsibility, while the dependent variable is motivation, and the problem of the study was in the presence of some indicators of a low level of students‘ motivation and their inability to achieve goals, planning, time management, multiple instances of academic stumbling, and a lack of positive participation during university studies, and after conducting statistical analysis and tests of study hypotheses through the SPSS program, it was reached to accept the hypotheses of the existence of a relationship between self-management enhancing the motivation of students in the university in all its dimensions, and not accepting the second hypothesis that there is a difference in the relationship between the variables according to the different qualitative demographic factors.
