The technical and informational advances of the various means of communication have Facilitated a large spread of information sexual crimes that touch every door without permission, as they provided the most effective means for the pornography industry especially which is directed towards children therefore this study aims to address the issue of criminal protection for minor from various sexual assaults that which is committed against him through electronic means of communication, by analyzing the provisions of penal law, where we find the Algerian legislator has approved this protection by criminalizing exploitation of the image of a minor in pornography.
