The constants of human interactions that assign countries to structural changes in activity, vitality, production and profits in terms of quantity and quality as a result of the rapid spread of the corona virus, as the economic burdens faced by national economies escalated and resulted in massive losses suddenly without taking the necessary precautions, and poverty rates increased with them and threats food security, millions of people lost their jobs and unemployment rates increased, due to the suspension of most of the institutions that were centers of attraction for workers, such as tourist activities and the closure of tourist resorts and airports, as well as border crossings and ports to commercial transport movements and businessmen, as well as the tensions that occurred in the global energy market due to the significant decline in the volume of demand for oil, gas and other energy as a result of the suspension of many industries and engines that depend on them to operate in the world and the resulting rapid decline in fuel and oil prices and left devastating results in the economies of countries that depended on oil revenues in the main, which pushed them towards external debt to cover its internal spending and external obligations.
