Abstract EN

The research aimed to determine the extent of the impact of financial technology on meeting the requirements of banking and measuring the extent to which the researched banks use financial technology in their business, as the problem of the research was the extent to which the researched banks are able to meet their business practices in a way that can keep pace with technological changes and respond to them in order to be up to the prevailing technological progress and work to provide their banking services in a satisfactory way, high speed and at a lower cost .a hypothetical diagram was prepared and main and sub-hypotheses were formulated and tested by using the program (21SPSS (v.), and for the purpose of obtaining the data, the researcher used the questionnaire form distributed to (31) managers working in the researched banks and their assistants،based on the descriptive and analytical approach to data presentation and analysis, to analyze the data and statistical methods (pearson coefficient, simple regression analysis method, f, t test).

one of the most important conclusions reached by the research :the adoption of financial technology by the researched banks enables them to meet the requirements of their work efficiently, quickly and at the lowest cost, and this proves the existence of a correlation and impact of moral significance between financial technology and the requirements of banking work either the most important recommendations provided by the research: directing the attention of banks towards changing their organizational structure to keep pace with changes in the external environment in an attempt to enter international markets and international financial institutions.
