The right to solidarity is a fundamental principle underpinning contemporary international law and guaranteed by governments with a view to preserving the international order and ensuring the survival of the international community.

the study illustrates the impact of solidarity on state sovereignty and human rights, to secure the right of solidarity, the right to solidarity must be recognized as a fundamental human right.

and a clear international legal framework to uphold the right of solidarity, and to deal with the challenges of guaranteeing the right of solidarity in the international system the study found that there are several obstacles limiting the guarantee of the right to solidarity, namely, the absence of a clear international agreement on the concept of the right to solidarity.

the recognition of the right to solidarity has several implications relating to the relationship of individuals and governments, including the recognition of the right to solidarity among people, which leads to the strengthening of human relations among people.
