The blockade against Qatar is considered a force majeure and an emergency circumstance by virtue of all laws, as it is an external accident that was not expected and impossible to pay and which results in the impossibility of implementing its various obligations.

There is no doubt that force majeure prevents the ability of individuals, institutions, or even some states to implement their obligations because of that power.

In the case of the blockade crisis that the State of Qatar is going through, in which many civil contracts were concluded between several parties, whether at the national level or at the regional and international levels, but the blockade affected the implementation of these contracts, which left many financial and material losses.
