Abstract EN

We note that the legislator is in order to systematically surround the procedure for verifying the official mortgage, and accordingly everything related to the matters that constitute a reason for adhering to it in order to invalidate it.

We find that the legislator has addressed one of these means, which is the claim of invalidation of the implementation procedures, and we note that the legislator has systematically surrounded it with all Its procedures, starting from its legal framework and parties, passing through its reasons, whether formal or substantive, in other words, all its procedural procedures, including the deadlines that the plaintiff must respect as well as the defendant.

Accordingly, we note that the legislator was somewhat successful in the issue of defining this lawsuit
