The agricultural sector is one of the strategic sectors leading to the adoption of mechanisms for modern public measures in the downloading of the contents of peasant policies.

The most important of these is the peasant assembly mechanism, which seeks to assemble peasants in conglomerates for the purpose of facilitating the client's investment, access to production inputs that burden the small peasant and limit the process of integrating this category of peasants as well as well as beneficiaries of peasant policies.

This paper seeks to identify the advantages of this mechanism and its success in the success of solidarity farming as a second pillar of the Green Generation Strategy, thus fighting poverty and vulnerability among small peasants, through an analytical study of the contents of this mechanism, and to evoke some living experiences through the testimony of a group of peasants included in studies carried out by researchers specialized in the field.
