The systems enjoy so a great importance that have become active and dynamic central elements in the process of intellectual communication.

In fact they have got a great capacity to formulating ideas and passing messages, and this is, perhaps, what compels us to wonder: What is the system and what are its types and functions? What are the conditions of its formation and continuation? The key words: system- load- function- effectiveness.
