This research article explores the issue of linguistic interference in Algerian society.

It focuses on the linguistic interaction between members of the society in different social contexts, and under the influence of surrounding customs, traditions, and norms.

The article presents a variety of linguistic formations that are currently used, with a focus on identifying the main factors that contribute to the spread of this phenomenon within Algerian society.

This has negative consequences that may affect the purity and correctness of the Arabic language and its unity as a national language that expresses national identity.

The paper also includes proposals for dealing with this phenomenon, through the intensification of efforts by the relevant scientific bodies, such as linguistic academies and their affiliated institutions, to reduce linguistic chaos and preserve the correctness of the Arabic language and enhance its role as a national language that reflects the identity of the country
