يقوم الكاتب باستعراض تاريخي للمكتبة المتنقلة و أهدافها و وظائفها ثم المزايا و العيوب، و يتحدث عن عناصر هذه الخدمة مبتدءاً بالعنصر الأول، السيارة مع رسم توضيحي لشكلها و العاملين فيها من أمين مكتبة و مساعد و سائق، ثم المجموعة المكتبية و محطات الانتظار، و ينتقل بعد ذلك إلى تنظيم الخدمة المكتبية المتنقلة و اعتبارات تنفيذ برامجها.
Abstract EN
The writer discusses the history, objectives t functions, ad-vantages and disadvantages of mobile libraries.
The main components of this semce such as the vehicle with an illustrated shape, the staff including the librarian, his or her assistant and the driver, the collection and service points are also given, organization of mobile library' services and their programmes are a ho considered.
