Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the performance level of the administrative departments leaders for their tasks in Al-Yarmouk University from the point of view of those who are working with them and to know the differences in the performance level according the varietals of gender scientific qualifications, and experience.

The population of the study consists of all employees in Yarmouk university and series forth studying year 2006-2007 their total number is (777) employees, the studying sample was chosen randomly and consists of (214) employees, the study findings found that the performance level of the administration department leaders for their tasks is high and there were no statistically significance difference attributed to the gender scientific qualifications and experience.
