A survey study for computers' programs used in libraries and information centers, wheather they are designed locally or special packages such as CDS/ISIS, MINISIS.

The problem is in the weakness of programs designed locally, and their applications in documentation, and that is what being proved in the findings of this study.

Because designers were depending on what is called (Jeneric Application) which were designed for other documentation work The common language between people work in libraries and information centers and computer specialist was not being found.
