Abstract EN

The international variables played significant role in the latest form of Uruguay agreement that led to the birth of (WTO).

That such decisions adopted respective to international economic life, were not adopted in the very moment of their adoption, but they were a result of number of reasons and developments.

Historically traced back to the 2nd world war, which contributed significantly in forming of the emergence of those resolutions and relevant agreements, and which represented the general motive for existence of (WTO) .

The world economy is really encountering a highly – complicated economic phenomenon, which affects the entireworld economy, as the most economic studies have a greed Respective to regarding.

the expected "out come" results from the Implementation of such agreements leading to increase the World (GDP) with a 216 billion dollars annually , distributed As follows : ? 126 billion dollars portion of developed Countries.

? 37 billion dollars portion of China.

? 37 billion dollars portion of East Europe.

? 16 billion dollars portion of developing Countries.

Referring to that , the importance of the study is vested in knowing the development of bases and principles of the world commercial system , as this development contributed significantly in forming or shaping the emergence of this complicated –world economic phenomenon , and as the objective to reach a number of inferences and conclusions that assist the developing Countries in deepening their understanding to this phenomenon on one hand , and on the other hand to enable the officials in these Countries in drawing the due plans for adequate , appropriate and aware move for containing this phenomenon to limit it's negative effects as well as it's positive sides.

The study has recommended the necessity of the developing countries to reshape their policies and strategies to react or deal with current world trade system, with reassurance and confirmation to the importance of the international and regional cooperation attention, care and consideration to the rights, concerns and particularities of each country.
