Abstract EN

The plan of this research in this subject entailed dividing it into several items as well as main elements.

This division was based Upon the nature of the research and the available materials in the hands of the researcher.

The author will offset this research by giving a brief introduction for the city of Nishapur covering an account of some of its character-istics, its place among other cities, and its importance in Islamic civilization history.

Afterwards the author will start giving another brief account relating to the city Masters and their activities before the rise of Saljuki rulers.

All this will contribute to introduce to political class, which have positive effects on the important civilized city.

In addition to this brief description of Saljuki Masters of Nishapur after conquering Khurasan, as well as description of Saljuki March toward Nishapur and the attitudes of Masters which, in fact, directed and influenced the political and social stability before Saljuki have entered Nishapur.

Those Masters showed solidarity and strength in their attitude toward Saljuki troops heading toward the city of Nishapur.

Finally, the author will give a brief description of the relationship between Saljuki rulers and Nishapur Masters, which covered some points such as : 1) The strength of relationships practiced by Saljuki, rulers.

2) Examples of differences and disruption of relationships.

3) Relationship from weak links to high tension.

4) Creating troubles in Nishapur with description of Masters, torture.

5) Nishapur, Masters anger with planning for either protest against Saljuki of migrate.

6) And the reach of relationships at the end of Tugurlbic rule.
