اشتملت عملية التمايز هذه على المراحل الآتية : مرحلة جولجي (تكوين الحويصلة و الحبيبة الأكروسومية)، مرحلة الغطاء (تكوين الغطاء الأكروسومي)، مرحلة الأكروسوم (التطاول و التكثف النووي) ثم مرحلة النضج (اختفاء الأنيبيبات الدقيقة).
Abstract EN
The ultra structure of sperm head and its differentiation in the lizard Bunopus tuberculatus was described.
The mode of differentiation process included the follOWingmorphogenic phases: Golgi Phase (formation of acrosomal vesicle and granule), Cap Phase (formation of acrosomal cap), Acrosomal Phase (nuclear elongation and condensation) and Maturation Phase (disappearance of manchette).
