Abstract EN

This work aimed to study the effect of hot aqueous extracts of Malus domestica .Borkh as protact media of reproductive organs (testis and ) of males of albino mice.

epididymis Thirty two Swiss male mice of Balb/C strain were used in this study, for age 50-75 day,and in average 25-35 gm,the mice were divided randomaly into control group and treated group and in average 4 for each group, treated group contain hot extracts of Malus domestica.Borkh used in 10 % concentration and in two tempreture degree ) and normal saline (Nacl 0.9%)used to protect organs.

(& C After animals anatomy the reproductive organ of control group was examine directly while protect the reproductive organs of treated group for 2&4 h.

in three treatment that contain normal saline and hot aqueous extracts of Malus domestica .Borkh ,the search results led to significant decrease (p<0.05) in normal saline treatment in protect organs while hot aqueous extracts of Malus domestica .Borkh protect in average of percentage of fetal sperm in the testis as control group along protect period while not found asignificant effect (p>0.05) in average of percentage of fetal and abnormal spermatozoa in epididymis also not found significant effect (p>0.05) in time and storage effect on the testis and epididymis.
