Abstract EN

The importance of this paper lies in the fact that it shows the reliability of our religion to be applied within a pivot of its pivots; the sharia policy, which is considered as a successfull means in the hands of the responsible people so as to treat any new matters, so as to improve and develop the status of the nation to a level it is worth of and that is destiued and accepted by Almighty God .

In the first part, I show the meaning of sharia policy and I reached a comprehensive de function" it is what people in chief perform of any procedures and directions so as to supervise and manage their fellow people and guarantee their goodness and to be sure they are away from corruption, in the light of the difficulties and barriers they might face all that, of course, with out ignoring the basics of sharia" .

Part II shows the legality of sharia policy and the importance of applying it.

Its application in the nations challenges, either occurring in fact or are probable, is considered to have a great importance in all the works of life.

It also ignites the essence of the Islamic culture .

In the III part, I mentioned some of the main bases of sharia policy.

The responsible people should take into account what is important when applying the sharia policy in any situation .

The last section shows what Jordanian jurisprudence amended in the Jordanian civil status law, 2001.

many of its articles have been amended, so as to improve the status of the nation and to surpass many of the dilemmas that prohibited previously the application of some of articles before being amended.
