Abstract EN

This research aims at making use Phonetics to study an aspect as the phonetic harmony of Arabic language through the lesson of (1'lal), that is known in the Arabic lesson of (l'lal), Arabic books have treated this linguistic feature through the noticeable orthography.

But the modem and old Arabic linguistic dealt with this phonetic feature through heard pronunciation.

The dictated writing that was treated by this phenomenon gave rise to different rules.

This research concentrates on presenting rules that accord with the phonetic aspect, while the phonetic process, Arabs practise, aims at the assimilation within the neighboring sounds in order to achieve the word in the vowels and semi_vowles change, and to get phonetic concord with the correct words.

From this study, it is the hoped the teacher and student, at the secondary school and universities levels, widen the range of the knowledge of each in the Arabic phonetic concord.

It is also hoped that taste it and practise life, theoretically the plan of the research covers the following items: 1.

An introduction: it includes the aims of the research, the previous studies, and the outline of research.

the first part of the study: it deals with the term of using vowels ( Hal), the early Arabic linguists dealt with concept of the term of the assimilation in the modern phonetics, teaching the concept of (I'lal) in the text in the secondary school and universities.

the second part of the study: in this part the following have been discussed ( turning the vowels, changing the vowels, omission of the vowels, and keeping vowels unchanged).

the third part of this study: in this part the following items have bean treated ( learning and teaching the system of morphology, the scientific dimension in the phenomenon of (I’lal) -using the vowels-, and the educational dimension
