نقوم هنا بعرض حالة لمريض بالاضطراب الوجداني الدوري و كانت ضلالاته و رد فعله لهذه الضلالات تختلف باختلاف محل إقامته.
Abstract EN
The content of delusions usually correlates strongly with local cultural values and symbols.
We report here a case of bipolar affective disorder whose delusion is not only culture bound but also bound to particular geographical places.
