Abstract EN

This study discusses the view of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" towards the military (resistant activities) and political role of women and its attribution of that in the fiqh.

Firstly, it concentrates on the view of the Movement towards the available role of women in the resistant activities.

Secondly it deals with the view of the Movement towards the participation of women in the social fields as well as the political life, and the practical application of that through the election of the local councils of villages and municipalities firstly and the legislative election held on (25/1/2006.M) secondly.

The study also treats the way of the participation of the Movement’s women activities in the election and the range of compliance of the religious and media speech with the Movement’s real practice.
