الإجهاض موضوع ذو ثلاث شعب، فهو ذو علاقة بالطب والشرع و القانون.
هذه الدراسة اعتنت بالجوانب القانونية للإجهاض بوصفه جريمة، و طبقت أسس الجريمة عليه.
و هي دراسة مقارنة لعدد من قوانين العقوبات في البلاد العربية و الأجنبية.
كما اعتنت الدراسة بوجهة النظر الشرعية الإسلامية للإجهاض، و بوجهة النظر الطبية.
Abstract EN
Abortion is a subject with three parts, it is related to medicine, religion, and law.
This study is concerned with the lawful sides of abortion as a crime.
It is a study of comparison to many panel laws in Arab and foreign countries.
This study is also concerned with aspects of Sharia of Islam of abortion as medical views.
