Abstract EN

This study aims at defining the nature of attitudes toward the female lecturer’s work at universities among a random sample of Palestinian University students.

The difference in attitudes is to be defined based on the variables of gender, study major, place of residence, university, and level of parent’s education.

The descriptive analytical method was used in this study.

The sample of this study consists of (150) male and (150) female.

The researcher uses 20 items scale.

The results of the study have shown that there were positive attitudes toward female lecturer at universities; there were significant differences in the attitudes due to gender, university, level of parent's education.

And there were no significant differences in the attitudes toward female lecturer at universities due to residence and major.
