Abstract EN

This study aims to answer the following main question .

How can we make use of the principle of comprehensive quality in the process of reform of university education in Palestine in order to achieve development ? The following question stem from the above question : 1- What are the basic concepts of comprehensive quality in the field of university education ? 2- What are the actual condition of university education in Palestine ? 3- What can be done to reform university education in Palestine in the context of comprehensive quality ? The target group of the study was all university in Palestine .

The researcher has used the critical analysis method ,which aims to explore the relations that cause this phenomenon .

the analytical theoretical study has concluded that there is an apparent failure in the performance of Palestinian universities irrespective of developments relevant to issues raised by the study .

In light of the conclusion of the study , suggestion are made to reform university education making use of the principle of comprehensive quality .
