Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the relationship between the organizational culture and the administrative control in the Commercial and Real-Estate Bank.

To conduct the study, the researcher has chosen the entre parent population of sixty employees from high, and middle administrative levels.

The findings of study indicate relationship between the organizational culture and administrative control.Thus , hypothesis is accepted.

The study concluded with the following recommendations:- 1- The attention should be given to the organizational culture and its dimensions.

2- It is necessary to know the importance of organizational culture and its impacts on the administration elements.

3-It is necessary to recognize the relationship between organizational culture and administrative control.
