This study identifies the person by the importance of the humanity specializations for the work in the dormitory, and they considered as a fundamental supports in the supervision and administrative work, so they have a hard work to be able to management the service of the establishments.

And because it consist of an educational specializations which going to build the person and the community in a right way of the ideas and social culture also to build the human community.
