Abstract EN

The objective of the study was to participate in upgrading the efficiency of administrative work through imposing new methods that will help to overcome many administrative problems.

In the mean time, prejudice and corruption in administration will be reduced and Biostatic in public sector will be limited as well.

The research has used some of the statistical means to get enabled to stand on the factual situation of the requirement to establish Electronic Government in Yemen.

However , several result out of the study come to the surface which the mast important findings were found in the existence of real deficiency in well preparation and facilitation needed for the applicable program of the Electronic Government.

The other finding was in the weakness in the information of the Electronic Government in terms of IT & T which can finder the generalization of this Electronic Government .

Moreover , the cultural lever of perception for Electronic Government.

Still be under the comprehensive consciousness of its benefits on the society.

In addition, low income & purchase weakness of Yemen.

Individual prevent him/her to gain the IT device that facilitate dealers with the Electronic Government and his/her cultural concept towards it.

The study recommends spread of dealing with IT Technology and facilitate the use of computers.

It also recommends reduce of the tax money and fees to the least minimum range, including admittance of computer study to be as required study in the curriculum of the ministry of Education, and make Labs.

Available in all schools to enable IT illiteracy removed in the society.

It also insists that political leaders should adopt the concept of Electronic Government and pour the way for its existence.

It also recommends calling the help from those countries which have lens experience in applying the effective programs for their Electronic Government, especially Arabic countries such as: Jordan, Saudi Arabia as well as making are of academic experience available in the speacaliyed universities and institutes inside of / or out side Yemen, including these experts in the Telecommunication Ministry & the IT institutions.
