The study also presents full aspect of events which drove the region to this human catastrophe.

It also president Husni Mubarak in solving the early Iraq-Kuwait disagreements which early appeared in Baghdad Conference in 1990.

It is important to refer to the president's political and diplomatic efforts to narrow the gap between them with the help of other important states before 1990 war.

As a result all Iraqi-Egypt diplomatic attempts for ways disappeared because Egypt rather stood with-what is called-the international legal decisions against Iraq.
