Abstract EN

The present study aims: 1) Investigating or to identify (recognize) level to (Unrest of future) of women teachers remaining behind of marriage.

2) To identify (recognize), That There is significant difference or statistical means at the level of Unrest (worry) of future according to Variable of age (30-35 year, 36-40 year, 41-45 year).

3) To identify (recognize), That There is significant difference or statistical means of unrest (worry) of future according to in service (on duty) Variable (1-5 year, 6-10 year, 11 over then year).

To achieve the goals of the current study, the criterion of (Unrest of future) of women teachers remaining behind of marriage has been used.

After finding the psychometrical properties for the criterion as.

It is useful to state that the instrument achieve its aims.

The instrument has been applied to (100) women teachers, at (intermediate, preparatory, secondary) schools at general directorate of Education in Kirkuk city.

The sample of the women teachers consist of (100) teachers who has been chosen randomly from population (72) schools.

After processing the data concisely using the (t-test, on sample and two samples, the person factor device and the variance analyzing device).

The study comes up with the following conclusion: 1) women teachers that work in secondary school in center of kirkuk city Suffer from unrest (worry) of future.

2) There are no significant differences according to variable of age ((30-35 year, 36-40 year, 41-45 year).

3) There are no significant differences according to in service (on duty) variable (1-5 year, 6-10 year, 11 over then year).

On the basis of the results and conclusions many recommendations and suggestions for further studies can be drawn by the researchers.
