This study deals with the distinctive role played (Bani Ashjah) tribe in serving invitation for Islam religion.
The tribe wieh aequired its name from a pre-Islamic grand fathers name, to whom all (Bani Ashjah) are returned.
It seemed that, this small tribe if it is compared with the others be doiun it was in place movement.
Tribes, it appeared that there is avariation between its women and men, so the name of men were in number than women and it had inde pendency in its nick names comparing with other branches of (Gat fan) tribe, such as (Abs Thubian, with its both branches, Kzarah and Murrah), but still the religious, political, economical and social relationship were stand amongst them at alarge scale.
It was clearly seen that when (Bani Ashjah) embraced Islam religion, they participated in forming companies, invasions, and comquest, side by side with the mosebger Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم), and it played adistinctive role, where (Hussail Bin Nwairah Al-Ashjah) took part with (Al- janaab) compant, and also (Awaf Bin Malik Al Ashjahi) participated with (That Al- Salassil) company- As for the field of invasions, people of (Ashjah) tribe took part in (Baddir) invasion with emigrants (Muhajireen) and patrons (Anssar), such as (Zahir Bin Haram, Uqba Bin Halees, Jariah Bin Hameel, and Ussaima Al- Anssari who was allied with (Bani Malik Al- Njar) tribe.
As for the prestige companion of prophet Muhammed, (Naim Bin Massud) He played adistinctive role in (Al- Kandaq) Battle (Trench Battle) so his surprise and serious changing for Muslims, wich created worry, doubt, and confusion to Jews of (Bani Quraitha), which was the major reason to make the bad an aggressive project against prophet Muhammeds state to be failed, and the role of (Hani Bin Firas Al- Ashjahi) in Al uday biahser conciliation.
As for the delegation of this tribe, it sent at Fifth year of Hijrah, at once after the end of (Qandq) Battle.
The delegation included (700) person and this indi cates the huge power of their solidarity.
