تعد شفافية نظم المعلومات أمراً حاسماً لفاعلية هذه النظم، و إن تعزيز الشفافية يتم من خلال اكتساب و تحليل و نشر و تدقيق المعلومات ذات الصلة بالنظام، و التي بدورها تعزز الجهود التي تدعم السلوك الذي يحقق استراتيجيات شفافية نظم المعلومات في حل المشكلات، و هذا يستوجب أن يصمم منهاج المنظمة في تطبيق الشفافية بطريقة تتلاءم مع وضعها و طبيعتها و بما يسهم في علمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي للمنظمة من خلال المزيد من الانفتاح على المجتمع لضمان استمراريتها و بقائها.
إن أهمية الشفافية تنعكس في الإشارة إلى ميسورية المعلومات ذات الصلة بنظام معين و تشغيل هذا النظام و تأثيره، و تتباين الشفافية في درجاتها عبر مفاصل النظام الذي يربطها بالبيئة التي تعمل فيها لغرض تحقيق أهدافها في إنجاح النظام.
و تجدر الإشارة هنا إلى ضرورة اعتماد المنظمة لشفافية نظم المعلومات لتأثيره الواضح على حياة المنظمة حالياً و مستقبلياً، كونها في بيئة متجددة، و هذا كله ينعكس من خلال تبني المنظمة لإستراتيجية الشفافية كجزء من إستراتيجيتها الشاملة.
و بناء على كل ما تقدم فإن الشفافية هي مسار يوصل إلى الثقة العامة و إن تطوير الإستراتيجية يعد عملية مستمرة و متواصلة، و إن المنظمة كلما أدركت الحاجة إلى تحديث إستراتيجية الشفافية التي تبنتها استطاعت مواكبة التغيرات الحاصلة في البيئة المحيطة.
Abstract EN
Transparency of information systems is considered as a decisive issue for these systems.
The enhancement of this transparency is achieved through acquiring analyzing, circulating and checking the information related to the system.
This in turn enhances the efforts that support the behavior which achieves the strategies of transparency of information systems in solving the problems.
This also requires designing the approach of the organization in applying transparency, in away that suits its condition and nature and contributes to the strategic operation of the organization through being receptive to the society to ensure its existence and continuity.
The importance of transparency is reflected in signaling the availability of information related to a given organization, effort and variation the transparency in its degree throughout the parts of the organization.
They connect it with the environment to achieve the organizational aims.
The organization should use transparency of information systems due to its obvious influence during the current situation and future of the organization as it lives in a renewing environment.
