Abstract EN

The need for evaluating the organizations performance and hospitals are one of them.

This can be done through determining set of agreeable criteria by many researchers.

They took forms of equations estimation, they are capable to express their required objectives either quantitative or qualitative models.

They are used to compare calculated results with the results targeted.

In other words, they are used to compare the actual performance with the expected performance and indicating positive and negative results.

Consequently, the level of performance is determined in individual life.

Azadi State Hospital is considered to be one of the most important health institutions in Duhok Governorate by which the current study has been applied.

The results revealed that the performance level of the hospital was generally higher despite that fact that there were no clear programs of evaluation.

Eventually, there has been administrative decisions which based not the actual understanding to the performance of hospital and, thus, no effective system applied for making administrative decisions.
