Abstract EN

Political opposition forms a healthy and positive phenomenon in the life cycles of countries and political entities, because of the visions, ideas, standpoints and reactions and policy the opposition presents concerning internal and external issues and decisions.

Therefore, to study political opposition is to observe and spotlight all of the positions and ideas adopted by the opposition movement's pioneers and leaders.

Hence and within this frame this study is an attempt to shed the light on the ideas, visions and positions taken by Mustafa Wahbi Al-Tal for which the cost was part of his freedom in terms of exile and jail, while for others he was rewarded in terms of administrative and political posts.
