تضمنت التجربة دراسة تأثير12 موعدا لأخذ العقل (فترات شهرية) و أربعة تراكيز من IBA صفر و 2000و 3000 و 4000 جزء بالمليون و موقعين لأخذ العقل (وسطية وقاعدية) في صفات التجذير و النمو الخضري للعقل شبه الخشبية لصنف الزيتون " بعشيقة " و التي زرعت في مراقد حاوية على رمل البناء داخل البيت البلاستيكي، و استخدم في تنفيذ التجربة التصميم العشوائي الكامل (CRD) في تجربة عاملية بأربعة مكررات و 10 عقل للمكرر الواحد.
قلعت العقل بعد مرور 16 أسبوع من زراعة كل موعد و كانت أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها مايلي : أمكن الحصول على أعلى معدل لعدد الجذور من العقل القاعدية أو العقل المأخوذة في آذار أو المعاملة بتركيز 4000 جزء بالمليون من IBA، و كذلك أدى التداخل بين العوامل الثلاثة العقل القاعدية و موعد اخذ العقل في آذار و تركيز 4000 جزء بالمليون من IBA إلى الحصول على اكبر معدل لعدد الجذور 6,14جذر و أعلى معدل لعدد النموات الحديثة للعقل 2, 2نمو، بينما أعطت العقل القاعدية المأخوذة في الموعد شباط و غير المعاملة بتراكيز IBA أعلى معدل لطول الجذور 57, 6سم ، و أدى التداخل بين العقل القاعدية المأخوذة في الموعد آذار و المعاملة بتركيز 2000 جزء بالمليون من IBA إلى اكبر زيادة في الوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضري.
Abstract EN
The experiment was carried on by taking from olive braes Cv.
Bahshika monthly basis for 12 months, and treated with four concentrations of Indole butyric acid IBA (0,2000,3000 and 4000) ppm .Two types of cuttings were used medial and basal ,to investigate the effects on rooting and vegetative growth of these cuttings, which were planted in sand seed beds in the plastic houses.
Factorial experiment with four replicates and 10 cuttings per replicate in a complete randomized design were used.
Data were recornded four months after planting of each date.
The results were as follows: The highest number of roots per cuttings 14.62 were obtained at the highest concentrations of IBA 4000 ppm of the march date, and the highest number of shoots 2.02 as well.
While the highest length of roots resulted from the untreated cuttings of the February date, which reached 6.57 cm.
In the meantime the interaction between the basal cuttings of the march date and the treatment with 2000 ppm IBA caused highest increase in dry weight of the vegetative system.
