تم في هذه الدراسة اختبار خمسة تراكيز تحت سامة (sub lethal) (10 ،15 ،20 ، 25، 30) مايكروغرام / سم3 لمادة الثايمول Thymol من حيث قابليتها على حث طافرات أمامية مقاومة للأزادنين (8-Azaadenin) (بوصفه عقارا ساما للسلالات البرية غير الطافرة) في كونيدات الفطرAspergillums amstelodami باستخدام طريقة النمو الوسيط.
لقد أظهرت التراكيز الخمسة المدروسة من مادة الثايمول تأثيرا تطفيريا واضحا و بتكرارات أعلى بكثير من تكرارات الطفرات التلقائية للمعاملة صفر (السيطرة السالبة) و لكن معنوية هذا التأثير اقتصرت على التركيزين الأخيرين (25، 30) مايكروغرام / سم3.
Abstract EN
In the present research, five different sublethal concentrations (10, 15, 20, 25, 30) μg/cm3 of thymol were tested for their ability to induce forward mutation resistant to the toxic base analogue (8-Azaadnine) in conidia of Aspergillus amstelodami by the growthmediated method.
All five concentrations showed mutant frequencies significantly higher than the spontaneous one, (the negative control).
but significance of the mutagenic effect was found in the last two concentrations (25, 30) μg/ cm3.
