أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن النسبة الكلية للخمج بطفيلي Cryptosporidium spp.
في الإوز في محافظة نينوى بلغت 46.67% و كانت أعلى نسبة للخمج في فصل الربيع 68 % و أقل نسبة في فصل الصيف 20 %، لم يسجل فرقا معنويا واضحا بين نسبة الخمج في الإناث و الذكور إذ بلغت نسبتا الخمج 43.74, : %47.76 %على التوالي.
فضلا عن أن أعلى نسبة للخمج سجل في قرية طوبزاوة %61.53, بينما كانت أقل نسبة لها في الموصل 28.57% أظهرت طريقة التشخيص بالصبغة الصامدة للحمض المحورة الحارة كفاءة كبيرة حيث بلغت كفاءتها 100 % في حين بلغت كفاءة التشخيص بطريقتي التطويف بمحلول شيذر السكري و التصبيغ بالأيودين 88.09, % 69 .04 % على التوالي .
Abstract EN
The results of this study reveal that the total percentage of infection with Cryptosporidium spp.
in geese in Nineveh governorate was 46.67% the infection was highest during spring %68 and lowest during summer 20% .
No significant differences recorded between females and males since the rates of infection were 47.76% and 43.47% respectively .The higher percentages of infection was in Tobzawa village while the lowest was in Mosul city.
The current study showed that the sensitivity of modified acid fast stain (hot stain) was very high % 100 while the percentage with sheather's sugar solution and iodine Methods were %69 .0 4 and% 88.
