The present study aimed to: 1.

Measuring Self Confidence for university students. 2.

Measuring Attitude towards woman for university students. 3.

Acquaint to the significant of differences between males and females in Self Confidence. 4.

Acquaint to the significant of differences between males and females in Attitude towards woman. 5.

Acquaint to the relationship between Self Confidence and Attitude towards woman for university students. 6.

Acquaint to the significant of the differences relationship between Self Confidence and Attitude towards woman between males and females. Two scales were used, the first to measure Self Confidence, and the second to measure Attitude towards woman, the two scales applied on sample of (226) students (males and females) from Al Mustansiriyha University for the academic year2007- 2008. After the data have been statically treated by adopting the appropriate means such as t-test for separate samples and Pearson correlation coefficient and Sperman-Brown equation, the results showed that : 1- Self Confidence is available among the students. 2- Attitude towards woman is available among the students. 3- Statistical significant difference between males and females in Self Confidence due to gender variables and it was for males. 1.
