Abstract EN

The philosophical subjects in general and the conceptions and opinions which are related specially to mind and soul, distinction by depth, accuracy and limitation to how important are these basic subjects in explaining the ways of thinking and the human behavior, the Islamic philosophers and firstly Al-kindy (796-873), gave a special interest in studying and explaining the basic sides for this two issues in many of the books, letters and comment that get its importance all over time, and get the researchers ready to study it because of the original of those philosophers and because they had put the first stone in building the human thinking, and also it basis to the break out the educational pursue and psychological analyses in the Arabian and Islamic thinking and philosophy.

Here is coming the importance of this research in mind and soul according to AL-Kindy, this researches had been parted to three chapters, the first one deals with the Kindy's life, his time and his philosophical position.

The second chapter deals with AL-Kindy compilations and it's philosophy when the third chapter deals with the mind and the soul to AL-Kindy with termination and results coming to the aims of the research in extracting the important ideas in building educational orders and knowing the nature of the human soul and it's strength, righteous and the ways of civilizing it, the nature of mind and it's kinds the arrangement between the strength of mind and soul according to what had come in Al-kindy philosophy explaining the testimonies of the first Greek philosophy, or comment, correcting and addition Al-kindy had came with, and that is taking part in discovering the efforts of this philosopher and his intellectual authentic in this field and offer the right scientific bases and the good opinions in dealing with any psychological or educational civility, based on human mind and soul axioms.
