درست الفعالية ضد الجرثومية لمركب-4- oxo-5-thoiureayl-(1, 2, 4) Oxadizolidine (Oxa.)Oxa.
2, 2-diamino-2.5-di (4-hydroxyphenyl) -.
ضد بعض العزلات السريرية المعزوله من أنواع مختلفه من الإصابات باستخدام طريقة انتشار القرص disc diffusion method، أظهر المركب فعالية واسعة الطيف تجاه العزلات السريريه السالبة و الموجبة لصبغة كرام و بكفاءة عاليه، إذ أظهرت هذه العزلات حساسيةَ للمركب بنسبه 87 %، و كانت عزلات Escherichia coli , Coagulase Positive Staphylococcus ( COPS ) و Klebsiella sp.
حساسة للمركب بنسبة 78.94%, 90.47% , 75% على التوالي، و سجلت عـزلاتaeruginosa Pseudomonas (Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus CONS ) ) , Streptococcus pyogenes , Proteus sp.
, Salmonella sp.
و Enterococcus faecalis حساسية بنسبة 100 % تجاه المركب Oxa.
.
و لم تظهر سوى 13 عزلة مقاومة للمركب 8 عزلات E.
coli, و عزلتي COPS و3 عزلات Klebsiella sp.
.
من مجموع 100 عزلة استخدمت في الدراسة.) ملغم / لتر (56 - 144) ملغم / لتر (23- 68) ملغم / لتر (57 - 278) ملغم / لتر (1.2-5.3) ملغم / لتر (10.2- 20) ملغم / لتر (58-177) ملغم / لتر (24- 77) ملغم / لتر (0.1-2.2) ملغم / لتر على التوالي.
Abstract EN
The antimicrobial activity of the compound Oxazolidine was studied against some clinical isolates by using disc diffusion method .
The Oxa.
has broad spectrum of biological activity .
It was effective against both gram negative and positive .
The percentage of susceptibility of the isolates to Oxa.
Was 87 % .
The isoletes of Escherichia coli ، Coagulase Positive Staphylococcus ( COPS) and Klebsiella sp.
Were susceptible to Oxa.
By 78.94 % , 90.47 % and 75 % respectivily .
While the isolates Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus (CONS), Streptococcus pyogenes ، Proteus sp.
, Salmonella sp.
,Enterococcus faecalis were susceptibility to Oxa.
With 100 % .
From 100 isoletes used in this study only 13 were resistante to the Oxa.
compound As follow : 8 isoletes Escherichia coli , 2 Coagulase Positive Staphylococcus and 3 Klebsiella sp.
