Abstract EN

With the emergence of internet crimes, a number of difficulties and scientific controversies appeared.

These hinder the justice institution in facing these crimes especially the judicial institutions that are directly responsible for making detective procedures and investigations.

This group faces procedural problems during their duties to reveal this kind of crimes, chasing the criminals, and presenting them to justice.

This is because of the inexperience in terms of the technical aspect.

Therefore, we have explained in the present research what is meant by internet crimes, as they differ from the traditional ones and even from the computer crimes.

Then we moved to the judicial control institutions and explained them on both the national and international levels.

We also illustrated the duties of these institutions in detecting and catching the internet crimes.

Further, we indicated the problems facing these institutions, and gave some recommendations, and suggestions that probably imply solutions for quickly revealing this kind of crimes.
