Abstract AR
تمثل هذه الدراسة محاولة تأصيلية لمناهج في تعاملهم مع السنة, من حيث ثبوتها و فهمها و تنزيلها, في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية في كل أبعادها التشريعية مفاهيم و أصولا و قواعد ؛ و ذلك نظرا لما تمثله من أهمية معيارية في قيام في قيام الاجتهاد الصحيح في كل أنواعه و مجالاته, و تفعيله في التعامل مع قضايا العصر و الاستجابة لمستجداته.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this article is to establish a comprehensive concept about the nature of the Prophetic Sunnah as far as its relationship to time, space and situation.
The article has developed the two fundamental concepts: absolute and relative in the context of Usui fiqh and faith, and classified sunna texts accordingly.
