Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to know the mental employment to information academic at (80) boys and girls from the collage of Education in Basrah University in general way, so according to the sexual changeable and department academic, and after that the researcher give effect to measurement (AL- Samaray 2003) to the pattern that mentioned .

The researcher make the analytic in informational states tics and to get out the Arithmetic mean and standard deviation and T.test.

The result that the researcher reach to : 1- We found the difference in the statistics fact in the mental employment min to the information academic in general.

2- It does not make any difference in staistics fact in the mental employment according to the sexual changeable (male in front o female) and academic department (scientific in front of humanities)
