تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم ادراكات معلمي العلوم في المرحلة الابتدائية لحركة التجديد التربوي في الأردن و تأثيرها في ممارساتهم التدريسية.
تم جمع البيانات من 87 معلم و معلمة باستخدام أسئلة مفتوحة النهاية و مقابلات شخصية مع أربعة منهم.
أشارت استجاباتهم بعد تحليلها إلى أن المعلمين يرون أن التطوير التربوي ضرورة ماسة لكن الفهم المشترك لأهدافه هو ما ينقصهم.
و أشار المعلمون إلى أن التجديد التربوي لم يؤثر على ممارساتهم الصفية.
و أرجع المعلمون أسباب ذلك إلى بعض العوامل مثل : مركزية النظام ؛ و عدم وجود طريقة منظمة لنشر ما يتعلق بال تجديد التربوي ليصل إليهم ؛ و ضعف التدريب أثناء الخدمة و قبلها ؛ و عدم توفر طريقة تواصل مباشرة بين المعني ين في التجديد التربوي ؛ و عدم وجود اتجاه واضح لكيفية تأثير التجديد التربوي على مستوى الغرفة الصفية ؛ و المقاومة الطبيعية للتغيير لدى المعنيين وخصوصا المعلمين.
و قد اشتقت في ضوء النتائج مجموعة من التوصيات تتمثل في إشراك جميع المعنيين في عملية التجديد التربوي، و إيجاد طرق تواصل فعال و مباشر بينهم، و إعطاء دور نشط أكثر للمعلم و الاهتمام في توظيف المعرفة في حياة الطلبة اليومية و تقليل الكم في المحتوى و عدد الطلبة في الغرفة الصفية.
Abstract EN
This study aims at evaluating elementary science teachers’ perceptions of the educational reform movement in Jordan with regard to their teaching practices.
Data were collected from 87 elementary science teachers by means of an open-ended questionnaire and later interviews with 4 teachers.
Analysis of the responses indicated that teachers see reform as a necessity, but they lack a common understanding of the purpose of the reform in relation to their science teaching practices.
