تفيد هذه الدراسة القليلة في مجالها جمع القراء و الباحثين في معرفة واقع الولاء التنظيمي لدى العمال باعتبارها استشرفا أوليا و استطلاعها ميدانيا بعدد من المؤسسات المهنية بمدينة ورقلة محاولة من خلال ذلك الاجابة على عدد من التساؤلات المقترحة.

According to this study, few in the collection of its readers and researchers to know the reality of organizational loyalty among the workers, as the anticipation of a preliminary field survey and a number of professional institutions in the city of Ouargla willing to answer a number of proposed questions.
