Abstract EN

This research aims to clarify some rules of prisoner's Worships and cleanness ..The research also clarifies the rule of prisoner when he is prevented from water; he is permitted to wash with clean sand, and pray without repeating the prayer later.

If he does not find water and sand he must pray according to his condition and no repeating accordingly is required.

If the prisoner doesn't find other than impure dress, and he cannot change it.

or wash it, he prays with it without repeating the praying.

Also if he 's imprisoned in impure place, he prays, and tries to avoid the impurity while sitting, and makes signals in prostration without repeating the praying.

If he suspects about the time of praying, he must strive to know the time; if he doesn't find a trustworthy to tell him about the time of praying with witnessing; so if he tells him about the time with witnessing he will not be permitted to strive, and must pray according to what he tells him.

But if the trustworthy tells the prisoner without witnessing ,he mustn't imitate him ,and strive himself to know the time of praying.

But if the prisoner prays without striving to know the time of praying, he must repeat the praying even if it corresponds to the time.

If the prisoner is undressed, and he can't find any cloth to cover his private parts he can pray naked without repeating the praying, if he doubts about the direction of praying in the prison, and he has Muslims with him performing praying, he can take the saying of the worthy person who tells with knowledge.

Arid if there is a place of praying in the prison, he prays in its mihrab.

But if the trustworthy find the one who tells him about the direction, he must strive to define the direction and pray towards it.

But if be can't strive or the signs become equal to him he chooses one direction and prays towards it without rep eating.

If the prisoner is not able to stand and pray he can sit and pray.

And if he can't sit and pray, he can pray on his side and face the direction of praying.

If the prisoner doubts about the entrance of Ramadan's month, or he doesn't know the difference between the months he must strive.

And if he fasts without striving he must repeat the fasting even if it corresponds to Rainadan.

If the prisoner doesn't perform pilgrimage (Hajj), and he isn't expected to go out of the prison, and he has money and finds some one to perform hajj instead of him .he must delegate him, but the duty doesn't abate from him , But if he expects to go out of the prison he mustn't delegate any one to perform hajj instead of him.
