Abstract AR
استهدفت الدراسة تقييم التأثير المحتمل للمستخلصات الزيتية لنباتات الحنظل Citrullus colocynthis L.
وحبة البركة Nigella sativa L.
في الأداء الحياتي لحشرة الخابرا Trogoderma granarium و قد أوضحت النتائج تفوق المستخلص الزيتي لحبة البركة في نسبة قتل جميع أدوار حشرة الخابرا أذ بلغ أعلى معدل نسبة هلاك للبيوض 80 % في حين سجل زيت الحنظل 73.33 % و كذلك تفوق مستخلص زيت حبة البركة في هلاك اليرقات أذ بلغت 23.33 % في حين اعطى زيت الحنظل نسبة هلاك 11.16 %.
كما تسبب مستخلص حبة البركة في أحداث أعلى معدل هلاك للعذارى بلغت 26.66 % في حين أعطى زيت الحنظل 13.33% كما سبب في انخفاض في مدة الدور العذري لحبة البركة لها إذ بلغ 3.89 يوم مقارنة مع معاملة المقارنة إذ بلغ 5.8 يوم، و قد بلغت أعلى معدل نسبة هلاك للبالغات 56.66 % في زيت حبة البركة كما خفض من انتاجية الإناث إذ بلغت 0.66 % بيضة / انثى أما معاملة المقارنة فقد بلغت الإنتاجية 23.66 % بيضة / أنثى .
Abstract EN
Prsent study was carried out to evaluated the effectivenes of the oil extract of Citrullus colocynthis and Nigella sativa on the biology of Trogoderma granarium .
Results showed that the oil extracts of N .
sativa had the best m effect on all insect stages .
The mortality rate of eggs reached 80 %, but it reached 73 .33 % in C .
colocynthis oil extracts .
The mortality rate of larvae reached 23 .
33% in N .
sativa but it reached 11.16 % in C.
colocynthis oil extract .
The mortality rate and developmental periods of pupa were also effected by the extracts , reached 26.66 % in N.
sativa and 11.33% in C.
colocynthis , The rate developmental periods reached 3.89 days in the N .
sativa comparative with controlling treatment reached 5.8 days .
