Abstract EN

As learning is one of the first roles that must be presented by the media means in the developing societies , and as Sudan is one of these countries , this study aims at researching how it plans and executes the media strategies in serving learning .It studies the factors that affect the regular learning according to the development of the media means .The study tackles the role of media in getting the educational information in the present of serious challenges like :the wide spread area ,causes of wars , armed conflicts and addressing the people of special needs and offering them the learning chances .

The study looks for available chances of media means and how they are applied in the Sudan .It provides the necessary recommendations for the right uses of these means.

It specifies the roles of partners in the learning process hoping for promising future by applying the technology and its good uses .
