Abstract EN

This study discusses the general framework which covers the foreign Israeli policy towards Africa in general and the Southern Sahara in particular after the cold war.

It focuses on the objectives and the techniques of carrying out this policy.

The paper will try to evaluate and investigate to what extent Israel has succeeded in achieving its aims.

The hypothesis of the study states that the Israeli policy towards Africa is thriving because it depends on an effe fective, supportive internal environment which has been invested by Israel in terms of favorable regional and international changes.

Moreover, the study depended mainly on the inductive analytical method.
