Abstract EN

This work tackles the crisis of state in the contemporary Somalia and the possibilities of resolutions, It is an attempt to present an interpretation to the crisis of state and power transformation in Somalia.

This study starts with theatrical background about the concept of crisis and state crisis in Somalia which was the result of colonial heritage, leading crisis, tribal politicization, disputes upon power and wealth, and identity crisis.

On the other hand it’s a crisis which resulted from the pastoral nature of Somalis .The work concluded with suggestions for solving the dilemma.
